Is vinyl fencing easier to look after than wood?

In most cases, yes. Vinyl does not need painting or staining and will not rot or splinter, so upkeep is usually just an occasional wash with a hose. At Vinyl Land Fencing, we also install aluminum fences and WPC composite fences, and you can compare all three in our showroom.

Can I buy the material and build the fence myself?

Yes. Vinyl Land Fencing sells fence material to homeowners doing their own projects as well as to contractors. Bring your measurements to the showroom and we can help you work out what your project needs.

Do I need a permit to put up a new fence?

It depends on your city and the height and location of the fence, and some neighborhoods also have HOA rules on style and color. Check with your city's building department and your HOA before work starts. Knowing those limits early makes it easier to pick the right height and material.

Can I add height to my existing block wall without replacing it?

Often you can, with a wall topper fixed to the top of the wall. A topper adds height and privacy and gives the wall a more finished look. We install wall toppers, and the wall's condition is worth checking first so it can carry the extra height.

When can I visit your showroom?

Our showroom at 14153 Garvey Ave in Baldwin Park is open Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm and Saturday from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm. We are closed on Sundays. Seeing the materials in person is the easiest way to decide what suits your property.
